Guide for publishing disease vector, host and pathogen data via biodiversity data platforms
GBIF is preparing to publish a guide on publishing data on disease vectors, hosts and pathogens through biodiversity data platforms, to support the mobilization of open-access biodiversity data related to vector-borne diseases.
How to take part in the peer review (deadline: 30 June)
Community members who would like to contribute to the peer-review process are encouraged to consult the overview of the digital documentation programme, as well as the specific instructions and expectations for providing suggestions and improvements.
To provide suggestions as a reviewer, community members are asked to:
- Create a GitHub account (see the “How to” video: How to).
- Review the draft document Guide for publishing vector, host and pathogen data through biodiversity data platforms.
- Record suggestions by creating or commenting on issues on GitHub (see the “How to” video: How to).
- Start, follow and support discussions on the GBIF community forum.
